“Hi Andrea, We wanted to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the incredible job you did planning and orchestrating our wedding day. You were truly a miracle worker, rescuing us from what could have been a disaster with the hotel mix-up and somehow managing to find that gorgeous tent at the last minute, relieving us of so much stress not only on the day itself but in the days leading up to it. You saved our vision and gave us the sea view ceremony we’d been dreaming about.
You managed every detail with such grace and precision, keeping everything flowing seamlessly and making the whole day feel effortless. From coordinating the vendors to anticipating issues before they could even arise, you gave us the gift of being fully present in each moment—free of stress and full of joy.
We’re still soaking in all the magic, and we’re so grateful for your care, creativity, and calm expertise. When you have a chance, please feel free to send over your final invoice, we’d love to get everything wrapped up smoothly on our end.
We also hope things went well returning all the various items to the providers afterward. Hopefully there weren’t any problems!
